A 5-day journey back to yourself

If you made your way to my little piece of the internet, then something or someone has assisted in nudging you off your life path. You may feel lost and confused and might even feel like you just woke up from an extended slumber – you know, that groggy feeling when you slept too long.

 

Let me be the first to say WELCOME!

This challenge is set up to help you find yourself again after feeling that lost feeling. I formally invite you on a short trip of self-discovery. Over the course of the next 5 days, give yourself PERMISSION to be a little selfish (SPOILER: self-care isn’t actually selfish). Each day will include an activity challenge and a “thought to ponder (T2P)”. Use this time to be creative and to give yourself some love as you wake up from that groggy feeling and start seeing yourself more clearly again. The road back to yourself is one of healing and love, joy, and comfort.
