Sound healing incorporates tools such as singing bowls, instruments, and voice to encourage the alignment of your natural body vibrations. Biofield tuning is a method that uses tuning forks, at specific frequencies, to help move out of sync energy patterns back into the body.

Thai energy bodywork combines physical manipulations, focused intention, and deep breathing to help individuals in their healing. Whether it be soreness, chronic aches and pains, or limitations in mobility, Thai energy bodywork is an effective tool to move the body back into balance.
