Coaching is FORWARD focused. We look at your hopes and dreams and then make a "map" to acheive them. We will use proven processes for accomplishing goals, incorporate techniques to help us stay calm and in the moment, and examine those beliefs that keep us from our highest potential. 

Sound healing incorporates tools such as singing bowls, instruments, and voice to encourage the alignment of your natural body vibrations. Biofield tuning is a method that uses tuning forks, at specific frequencies, to help move out of sync energy patterns back into the body.

Yoga practices have been utilized for thousands of years to guide individuals on a path to health and self-discovery. Through my more than 500 hours of teacher trainings, I have learned a smorgasbord of techniques to curate personalized plans addressing your individual wants and needs.

Thai energy bodywork combines physical manipulations, focused intention, and deep breathing to help individuals in their healing. Whether it be soreness, chronic aches and pains, or limitations in mobility, Thai energy bodywork is an effective tool to move the body back into balance.
